Upon booking a photography shoot with By Roxanne you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

Booking a Photography Shoot

When booking a shoot with By Roxanne please provide your name and/or company name. This will be supplied on all invoices and correspondence. Any bookings made are only for the person/brand named on invoice.

Service / Package

Upon getting in touch we will discuss which service and/or photography package you would like to book. By Roxanne will outline deliverables, scope of work and costs.

Product shoot packages take place in By Roxanne’s south London studio. Clients can attend shoots but this will need to be agreed upon at booking stage.

Photography By Roxanne studio is in operation Monday to Friday. There is a location call out fee of up to £120 to cover transport costs and distance. There is a £100 call-out fee for any bookings taking place on Saturday or Sunday.

All shoots will adhere to the time agreed, eg. full day product shoot is 5 hours studio time. It is important the photographer sticks to a shot list as the time needed has already been planned.

If the shoot goes over the agreed 5 hours studio/location shoot time will be charged at £60 for every 30 minutes. This will be added onto the final invoice.

Payments Terms and Bookings

For all bookings we take a 50% deposit. If you are a new client and the agreed upon shoot day is less than 2 weeks away By Roxanne requires full payment upon booking.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change the shoot date two weeks notice is required and where possible we will always try to accommodate your preferred date. If shoot date is changed outside of two week notice period there will be a £40 admin fee.

Any deposits taken will be deducted from final invoice. Remainder of invoice is due before photographs are delivered.

The full price of shoot/service will still be due if client cancels shoot midway. Agreed upon photos that have been taken will still be delivered.

If By Roxanne has to cancel for any reason a full refund will be offered or another shoot date.

Currently we only accept BACS as method of payment. Bank details will be at the footer of all invoices.

Products for Shoots

For product photography packages By Roxanne will discuss individual needs to find the best suited package. This can either be Full day, Half day, Top Ups or Bespoke. Each booking varies so we advice to get in touch to discuss.

If products are posted to By Roxanne, we ask for them to arrive at least two weeks before shoot date including any agreed upon props etc. Products should be in the best condition for the shoot, so please double check all products before sending and make sure to package thoroughly.

If the client is attending the shoot products and props can be taken away the same day. If you arrange for By Roxanne to post back the products please provide a return address. The cost of postage will be charged back to client via final invoice.

Responsibility of Expenses

Responsibility of expenses varies between each shoot.

By Roxanne can arrange Models and Stylist but this would need to be agreed upon during booking stage. The cost will be charge back to client unless otherwise agreed. The client can also arrange for their own models and stylist.

Most shoots will take place in By Roxanne’s London studio. If another location is required the cost and responsibility of rental falls to the client. The photographer Roxanne can advise on locations.

The client and photographer Roxanne will work together to source props. By Roxanne does have a range of props, specifically for small products such as stationery, candles etc but we recommend combining with your own props. Either the client can purchase the props or By Roxanne will source and charge back to client.

By Roxanne does carry a range of backdrops but we cannot guarantee we have the right one for your shoot. At booking stage we will discuss backdrop needs. Client can purchase their own backdrop and take it with them after the shoot. A specific background colour can also be painted for the client but will incur a small fee for materials (paint etc).

Styling

The client and photographer Roxanne will put together a selection of imagery such as a Pinterest Board. We encourage the client adds imagery such as set-ups, inspiration they like whislt keeping in mind By Roxanne’s specific style. Examples of By Roxanne’s work can be found on the website or Instagram page.

Assets and Deliverables

Photographs will be transferred via WeTransfer up to a week after shoot day - or unless otherwise agreed. Images will be supplied as high resolution and web ready. Other formats can be supplied upon request and raw files are not supplied.

Cut-outs are supplied as PNG on a transparent background.

Every package includes up to one hour processing time. A shot list will be agreed upon before the shoot date. By Roxanne will stick to shot list agreed. If there are more images to edit than previously agreed and advanced retouching this will incur a fee of £30ph.

Not all images taken during the shoot will be delivered, By Roxanne will select the best images according to brief/shot list and ratio crop needed.

Copyright & Licensing

The images supplied By Roxanne are for the sole use of the Client only. The images may not be used by another company for advertising purposes without full credit. The images must not be sold on for profit.
Permission to use the images for purposes outside the terms stated above will be granted for an additional fee.

The copyright of all photography remains with the Photographer By Roxanne for every shoot.
The Client assigns to the Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, advertising, educational and promotional purposes of the Photographer.
